The UEL would like to thank the participants in our forum on August 3rd; our moderator Roger Carlton worked hard to make sure everyone’s questions were addressed, and the candidates who participated, Luis Garcia, Julio Robaina and Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, did a great job answering questions.
